Where It Started
Fighting Diamond Foundation was founded in Shelby, Michigan, out of a deep recognition that men in our communities — husbands, fathers, sons — were struggling in silence. They were isolated, bound by strongholds, and without anyone walking beside them in the fight.
What started as a small gathering of men committed to honesty, Scripture, and real accountability quickly grew into something bigger than anyone expected. Men were being set free. Marriages were being restored. Fathers were showing up differently for their children.

Today, Fighting Diamond is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit reaching hundreds of men through small groups, conferences, retreats, and leadership training. But the heart behind it has never changed: no man fights alone. We are Warriors for Christ — and we are just getting started.

The Core Concept
A Fighting Diamond is a team of four men — united in Christ, bound by covenant, and committed to standing together in every battle of life.
The diamond is not just a symbol — it is a structure. Each point represents a vital role, and every man depends on the others for strength, accountability, and support. When one point is missing, the structure weakens. That is why no man stands alone.

Within the diamond, men pray together, speak truth with honesty, challenge one another to grow, and walk in real accountability. This is more than a group — it is a brotherhood built on trust, discipline, and faith in Jesus Christ.
The Intercessor stands on the front lines of prayer, covering the team in spiritual warfare. He consistently brings his brothers before God, lifting their burdens, seeking guidance, and fighting battles that cannot be seen.
The Protector remains watchful and alert, guarding the strength of the brotherhood. He recognizes threats early, speaks truth when it’s needed, and stands firm to protect the unity and integrity of the team.
The Warrior leads with courage, discipline, and action. He refuses to quit, presses forward through challenges, and inspires his brothers to remain strong, focused, and committed to the mission.
The Igniter fuels the team with passion, vision, and spiritual fire. He encourages growth, brings energy into the group, and keeps every man focused on pursuing a deeper relationship with Christ.
